Kindred is a consulting firm specializing in policy, governance, and strategic planning grounded in data analytics. We are an SBA certified SBA-certified 8(a) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) delivering enterprise-wide strategies and policy solutions to our federal clients. Kindred currently supports the Defense Health Agency Defense Health Board with studies, research, analysis, and assessment support in the physical, engineering and life sciences, administrative, and program management support services. We also have a DoD Top Secret Facility Clearance.
Direct Award Process
Below are the steps to award an 8(a) Direct Award Contract as defined by the Small Business Administration (SBA)’s checklist. This is the process for sole sourcing with Kindred an SBA certified 8(a) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB).
